How does a bio-energetic session work (in-person or online)?

1. Preparation: You send your details and a selfie 24 hours in advance. I perform a detailed study of your silhouette (an energy map of your body) to identify blockages or vital energy leaks.
2. Reading (15 min): Explanation of the silhouette. I present the findings detected through a drawing that serves as an energy map. We compare the energetic reading with your current state and establish the goals for harmonization.
3. Harmonization & Rebalancing (45 min): Dissolving blockages and awakening the body’s biological intelligence. By activating its self-regulation mechanisms, the body optimizes its internal systems and enhances its natural capacity for self-healing.

When is it recommended to request a body alignment session? +
Silhouette reading and alignment is an ideal choice if you find yourself in any of these situations:
- On a physical level: If you experience persistent pain, low immunity (getting sick easily), or a chronic symptom that traditional doctors cannot fully resolve.
- On an emotional and mental level: If you feel lost in life, experience a mental block that keeps you from moving forward, or carry a constant feeling of holding a weight that does not belong to you.
Please note: My work never replaces a traditional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment. However, it is an extremely helpful and powerful tool as a complement, acting both preventatively (to maintain your balance before the body reaches its limit) and curatively (helping your organism remember its self-regulatory capacity while experiencing a symptom). If you feel that your body or mind is overwhelmed, it is the perfect time to give yourself this space.
What is your way of working? Is it like Reiki? +
For me, it is vital to respect the patient’s pace and trust in their inherent capacity for self-healing.
It is not like Reiki. I do NOT impose any symbols, dogmas, or external energies onto your system. My job is not to “give” you something you lack, but to clear away the surrounding noise and interferences in your energetic field.
It is like dusting off a mirror, and then holding a safe space and a profound stillness so that your natural capacity to heal yourself can awaken. It is your own self-regulation and biological wisdom that does the healing work; I simply accompany the body in remembering how to do it.
What does it feel like during a session? +
Every experience is unique. Generally, during the session, we enter a state of deep stillness where the body begins to release its oldest tensions.
You may experience a sense of lightness, a deep relaxation (shifts in breathing, relief from pain), subtle warmth, or a pleasant tingling sensation as energy begins to flow freely once again.
Many people describe a complete disconnection from mental chatter, leaving the session with an immense inner peace and a feeling of having returned to their center.
How many sessions are usually needed to see a change? +
It depends entirely on each individual and their personal history.
My approach is transparent: we focus on a single session at a time. You don’t need to book a series of appointments. In the first encounter, we do a thorough, deep piece of work, and after that, every path is different:
- Single sessions: Some people come after a shock, an accident, or for a specific pain or block; they integrate the change, and a single session is enough.
- Times of crisis: Others seek a consecutive series of sessions only while going through a particularly difficult period in life.
- Maintenance and prevention: Many clients — and very notably other therapists — choose to come two or three times a year as a personal space to clear, unload, and stay centered.
- Annual care: Some prefer to schedule a session once a year as a general check-up and overall balance.
There are no fixed recipes here, just an open space for whatever you may need at any stage.
What do I need to prepare before my personal session or space study? +
For your personal session, absolutely nothing; just come in comfortable clothing and bring the time to treat yourself to a moment of deep stillness.
If the session is held online, please ensure you have a quiet space where you will not be interrupted during our meeting.
Are there any side effects after the session? +
Normally, there are no unpleasant side effects. However, in some cases, a “healing crisis” or integration process can occur, which is a completely normal and healthy response from the body.
As old blockages shift and the body harmonizes, your organism begins to detoxify. You might feel deeply tired during the first 24 to 48 hours (your body asking for the sleep it owed you), feel like crying for no apparent reason, or experience intense thirst. It is an adaptation phase; once it passes, clarity and vitality settle in with much greater strength.
