Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

I understand that last-minute unexpected events can happen. In order to guarantee a high-quality service, maintain a balanced schedule, and, above all, respect the time of everyone waiting for an appointment, the following conditions apply for changes:

• 1. Advanced Changes and Cancellations: You can reschedule your session at no additional cost as long as you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. To manage this quickly, please let me know via WhatsApp by clicking here.
• 2. Notices with less than 24 hours: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be non-refundable, as that time can no longer be allocated to another person.
• 3. No-shows: If you do not show up for your session at the agreed time, the session fee will be forfeited.
• 4. Punctuality: The session will begin at the scheduled time. Any delay cannot be made up at the end of the session to avoid impacting the next person’s appointment.
